This little candle adventure was born in 2020 when we were in an environment of complete isolation from our loved ones. Like many, I turned to the things that I could connect with to bring me comfort, music, books, beloved shows and movies, things that evoked human emotion and connection in a time when it felt very scarce.

Sometimes it didn't feel like it was enough to just consume those stories, I wanted to bring them into my every day life somehow and connect with them on a deeper level and considering scent is one of the strongest senses tied to memory, I thought that would be a great place to start!

So I began blending scents that transported me into the stories and worlds that I hold dear and I am so glad that I get to share them with a likeminded community through The Merry Wick!
